Jenna Grovhaug

Jenna has been dancing since she was nine years old. From the moment she took her first ballet class, it was clear that dance would be a part of her life forever. She trained at Hawkins School of Performing Arts, where she was a member of both the Hawkins Contemporary Jazz Company and the Hawkins Ballet Company for seven years each. During her junior year of high school, she became an apprentice with SCDT, gaining valuable experience in a professional company setting. After graduating, she joined SCDT as a company member.

Having spent her life on competition dance teams, she finds it incredibly fulfilling to have a space where she can continue to express herself. Every performance with SCDT carries a meaningful message and purpose, making her feel like she is part of something bigger. SCDT has become a second home, and she is grateful to be part of such a supportive company.
